Wednesday June 17th 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
In this session, you’ll learn the basics of working with clay as you design and shape up to 2 custom ring dishes—perfect for holding jewelry or gifting to someone special.
Guided step-by-step, you’ll explore simple hand building techniques like pinching and shaping, along with options to add texture, patterns, or unique details that reflect your style. No prior experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and willingness to get a little messy.
All materials are provided, and you will add color to your finished piece(s) and they will be fired after the workshop, ready for pickup at a later date.
Disclaimer: Please note this class focuses on the pottery-making process. Ceramics can be unpredictable, and some loss during drying or firing is normal. While we handle your work with care, we can’t guarantee every piece will survive both firings.
Tuesday, May 19th from 10:00 AM-1:00 PM OR Saturday June 20th from 10:00 AM- 1:00 PM
Perfect for beginners and experienced makers alike, this handbuilding clay workshop focuses on creating whimsical miniature houses that double as delicate vases for fresh stems or dried florals.
Using slab construction techniques, you’ll learn how to assemble walls, roofs, and small architectural details to create your tiny houses. Guidance will be provided on scoring, slipping, and shaping so your pieces are sturdy and well-constructed.
Once your houses are built, you’ll bring them to life with colorful underglazes. After the workshop, the pieces will be fired in the kiln and finished with a clear glaze to make them durable and water-safe. Participants will be notified when the pieces are ready for pick up.
Come build your own little clay village!

Friday May 29th from 7:00 - 9:00 PM
Bring your favorite craft or current work in progress and join us for an evening of creativity and community.
Your craft can be anything- junk journaling, crocheting, sewing, jewelry, drawing, painting- just keep in mind space (this may not be the night to try and lay out your king size quilt).
We want to take something that is usually a solo activity, and give people a chance to make it social. We hope this becomes a monthly tradition as the studio continues to grow. Bring a friend, bring your mahjong ladies or book club, make it a date night- we promise it will be fun!
