Wednesday September 16th AND September 23rd from 6:00 PM- 8:00 PM
Learn the basics of American Mahjong in this fun and beginner-friendly two-part class! Students will be introduced to the rules and gameplay of American Mahjong using the official card from the National Mahjong League.
Over two sessions, participants will learn tile identification, game setup, strategies, and hands while building confidence through guided play. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to refresh their skills!
Price of class includes individual NML card that students will get to keep.
Must be 18 years or older to register.
Thursday October 1st and Friday October 2nd from 10:00AM- 1:00 PM
Create beautiful floral stained glass (interior use) mosaic ornaments for the holidays in this two part class series. Students will learn how to cut, assemble, grout, and paint their very own glass creations.
Taught by local artist Laura McKellar
All skill levels welcome.
All tools and materials provided.
Safety Note: Please wear closed-toe shoes and either glasses or safety glasses (bring your own) while cutting glass.
This three-part beginner sewing series is perfect for those ready to build skills through hands-on projects. Students will build confidence with their machines while completing practical, take-home projects.

Class One: Introduction to sewing basics and machine. We will learn to sew in a line following a set seam allowance, how to cut fabrics, and basic assembly skills.
Class Two: Lined tote bag with two forms of pockets and straps.
Class Three: Learn zipper techniques and construct a functional zipper pouch with boxed corners
By the end of the series, participants will have developed a strong foundation in sewing, cutting materials and using a pattern.
All materials included. However, students are welcome to purchase their own fabrics if they do not want to use the studio’s. Fabric requirements for the three classes will be sent out in an email.

Learn how to master Procreate on your iPad with this beginner friendly two-part class. Participants will learn how to use the program and various brushes to create virtual works of art that are the modern day sketchbook.
